Construction Manager/Development Coordinator
Ridge Construction Services, an Affiliate of Ridge Property Trust, is seeking a Construction Manager / Develop Coordinator for the Chicago and Southern California areas. The Construction Manager will be involved in the development / construction process from project inception through completion, providing due diligence information, design and value engineering consultation, conceptual estimating, pre-construction coordination, contract administration and construction progress management. The qualified candidate will work directly with the Ridge Development Team to provide a seamless integration of construction and development services.
The ideal candidate will be a self motivated, independent worker with good communication skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project (or similar) is required. An accredited degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field is essential. This position requires a minimum of five years Commercial or Industrial General Construction experience in a supervisory position.

Real Estate Analyst/Project Manager
Ridge Property Trust is seeking a Real Estate Analyst/Project Manager for our Southern California offices. The Real Estate Analyst will develop Financial Analysis models of proposed investment or development projects using ARGUS and EXCEL software. In addition, the individual will assist in due diligence of proposed investment projects, including regulatory review, lease review, market analysis, operating budget review and coordination of all third party inspections. The qualified candidate will work closely with the Chief Investment Officer in Chicago or the local Vice President in evaluating and pursuing real estate development and investment opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in finance or real estate. The individual should have strong financial/analytical skills, highly developed verbal and written communication skills, be an independent worker and team player, have strong organizational skills, and experience using Argus, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
The successful candidate will receive significant responsibility at an early stage, with the longer-term objective being self-sufficiency and the freedom to generate business on their own initiative. The ability to function with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative is a must.
