Ridge is focused on the acquisition, ownership and development of industrial properties in the major distribution markets throughout the United States with a special emphasis on metro Chicago, Southern California and Texas. Ridge is aggressively seeking a wide spectrum of opportunities ranging from stabilized core assets to value-added candidates where our experienced team of professionals will tackle a multitude of challenges, including renovation, environmental remediation, vacancy, expansion and repositioning. In addition to our existing property acquisition programs, Ridge is selectively searching for land acquisitions, whether it is a single parcel, surplus property, shuttered manufacturing facilities, brownfields or agricultural land that is near or in the path of growth.

Ridge's desire to acquire a broad range of industrial properties and land has lead to the following acquisitions criteria:

  • Primary Markets: Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay area, Dallas, Houston and Seattle/Tacoma
  • Secondary Markets: Atlanta, Denver, Indianapolis, Minneapolis/St. Paul, St. Louis, Phoenix, Memphis, Oakland/East Bay
  • Mexico and U.S. Border Markets: McAllen & El Paso, Texas and Reynosa, Juarez, Monterrey & Tijuana, Mexico
  • Fully or partially occupied or completely vacant
  • $2 million to $750 million
  • Single facilities or entire portfolios
  • Single market or multi-market
  • Single tenant or multi-tenant
  • New development, total redevelopment or partial rehabilitation
  • Developable land
  • Brownfield redevelopment
